With Valentine's Day coming up, we are celebrating with a Cow Heart from Farmer Derek Klingenberg. Networks from around the world, including Discovery Channel have come to film on his farm. And he is more than happy to show the world that farmers in Kansas are good family people that eat the same food they do and like to have fun while doing it.
